Behind the scenes photo shoot by Jonathan Hyde
In March 2011 the very talented photographer Jonathan Hyde took lots and lots of photos for me. Big thanks to DIYcouture for lending the cloak and The Midnight Deer for lending the jewellery.
More thanks to Kirstie, my wardrobe assistant who kept the day flowing. And of course, to the models Georgia, Mavis, Daisy and Marie. And thanks to Mavis for taking these behind the scenes photos.

Sew Hip - Boxer Shorts
The first and only pair of boxer shorts I've made. They were so boring to make I never want to do it again!

Me-Made-May '12
'I, Kerrie from http://www.charmandlaundry.blogspot.com,
sign up as a participant of Me-Made-May '12. I endeavour to
wear all of items of clothing made by me, including underwear, each day
for the duration of May 2012'
My clothing can become very repetitive so I want to wear a range of what I've made, make a couple of new items and find out how to wear my winning suit from the Sew Hip competition. And to photograph them, as last time I attempted to do something like this my photos were rubbish and only discouraged me. I want this to act as a record of the items I've made.

Swimsuit
Having made my first swimsuit, which had quite a good reception I will be making another next week with some alterations, mainly to the bust area. I've also included a picture of my Gran as I'm rather fond of this style but don't think I could quite get away with it.

Collaboration
I'm collaborating with my friend and illustrator Laura Dumbrell. We've had some of these designs printed on fabric and I'm making lots of new items. http://www.lauradumbrell.com
